Puntuación

A form builder that genuinely transformed the category with its one-question-at-a-time UX. The design edge is real and recognizable — but the page markets the builder when it should market the completion rates the design delivers.

Problema de mayor impacto

Typeform's entire conversion argument is that beautifully designed, one-at-a-time forms get dramatically higher completion rates than traditional multi-field pages. That completion-rate lift is the ROI story every marketing team cares about — but the page pitches the builder instead of the outcome the builder produces.

Fundadores reales, ajustes reales
Our website looked premium visually, but Landing Doctors showed us why visitors still weren't converting. Their recommendations improved clarity, trust, and flow across the entire page. The difference after implementation was immediate…

Simple suggestions, but they made the website cleaner and easier to navigate. Sometimes the simplest changes are the ones you can't see yourself.

Lo que esta página hace bien

Conditional logic lets non-technical marketers build sophisticated branching flows.
Native integrations (HubSpot, Zapier, Slack) make collected data immediately actionable.

Hallazgos (3)

Antes → problema → ajuste → por qué

Cada hallazgo cita el copy en vivo en el momento de la auditoría, identifica el problema de conversión, propone una reescritura concreta y explica por qué esa reescritura funciona contra el framework de 12 dimensiones.

Hallazgo #01evidenciaAlto impacto
Antes
(design-focused hero showcasing the builder UI without completion-rate data)
Problema

Showing how pretty the form builder is answers "what does it look like" but not "why should I switch from Google Forms." The visitor who controls the budget needs a number — completion rate lift, lead quality improvement, or cost-per-lead reduction — not a design showcase.

Reescritura
Lead with the data: "Typeform users see 2x higher completion rates than traditional forms. More finishes. More leads. Same traffic."
Por qué funciona

A quantified outcome (2x completion) converts the design advantage from subjective ("it looks nicer") to objective ("it performs better"), which is the argument that survives a budget meeting.

Hallazgo #02ofertaAlto impacto
Antes
(pricing tiers differentiated by response limits rather than use-case value)
Problema

Tiering by response count (100/1,000/10,000) forces the visitor to estimate their volume before understanding the product. Most first-time evaluators have no idea how many responses they'll collect, so the tier labels are meaningless and the pricing page becomes a math problem.

Reescritura
Label tiers by use case: "Starter (internal surveys and feedback) / Growth (lead gen and marketing forms) / Business (enterprise data collection with compliance)." Keep response limits in the fine print.
Por qué funciona

Use-case labels let the visitor self-select by intent rather than volume, eliminating the guesswork and anchoring to the tier most likely to convert to paid.

Hallazgo #03objecionesMedio
Antes
(free tier exists but response cap makes it functionally a demo)
Problema

A free tier capped at a low response count lets the visitor build the form but not use it in production. The moment they embed it and hit the cap, the experience feels like a bait-and-switch — especially when Google Forms is free forever with unlimited responses.

Reescritura
Address the elephant: "Free plan: 10 responses/month — enough to test, not enough to launch. Starter from $25/mo with 100 responses. Google Forms is free but finishes 40% fewer forms — do the math on your cost per lead."
Por qué funciona

Acknowledging the Google Forms comparison directly and framing it as a cost-per-lead decision converts the price objection into a value argument the visitor can calculate themselves.
