The paid audit is a digital service performed and delivered within minutes of purchase. If we fail to deliver it, we re-run it or refund it — your call.
What you get with the paid audit
A 12-dimension breakdown, up to 5 verified priority recommendations (with copy-paste replacements where applicable), a rewritten hero, three CTA variants, and a PDF of the full report. Delivered by email within a reasonable timeframe of purchase (intake submitted, where applicable).
Refund terms
A refund is issued when the audit was not delivered, or the delivery failed through our fault: a generation error, a broken PDF, the wrong page audited. Email audits@landingdoctors.com with the order ID; we answer within 24 hours and, if we cannot deliver, refund via the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. A delivered audit is not refunded on the basis of disagreement with its findings — the report is produced and delivered immediately, and you consent to that at checkout. For subscriptions: cancellation stops future charges immediately; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
EU consumers — withdrawal right
The audit is a digital service performed and delivered immediately upon purchase. By starting a subscription or submitting the intake form, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply once the first audit is delivered. You may still cancel the subscription at any time — cancellation stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. A delivery that fails through our fault is re-run or refunded as described above.
Disputes / chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback, please email us. We respond within 24 hours and refund every case where the audit was not delivered or the delivery failed through our fault.
