Terms of Service
Landing Doctor is operated by Maksym Postoliuk, an individual based in Poland. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as merchant of record. By using the website or paying for an audit, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What we provide
A free mini-audit (overall score, one-line verdict, three insights) for any landing page URL you submit, and a paid full audit (12-dimension breakdown, top 5 fixes, rewritten hero, three CTA variants, PDF report). The full audit is a digital service delivered immediately on intake.
Payment
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all paid orders. They handle the checkout, taxes (including EU VAT), and payment processing under their own terms. Pricing displayed at checkout is the authoritative price.
Acceptable use
Submit only URLs you own, operate, or have permission to audit. Do not submit URLs that require a login, contain illegal content, host malware, or violate the rights of third parties. We rate limit free audits to 5 submissions per IP per day to protect the service. We reserve the right to refuse audits for any URL without explanation.
What the audit is and is not
The audit is informational. It reflects an AI-assisted analysis of the page as it appeared at the time of fetch. It is not legal, financial, medical, or accessibility-compliance advice. We do not guarantee that applying any suggested fix will improve conversion rate, search ranking, or revenue. Results vary with traffic, offer quality, market, and execution.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the content of your landing page. We claim no ownership over your URL, page text, or any material you submit. The audit output (score, insights, rewrites, PDF) is licensed to you for your own use and your team's use, including modification and internal distribution. You may not resell the audit output as a standalone product.
Refunds
See our refund policy. Briefly: if the paid audit does not contain at least 3 actionable fixes beyond your free audit, we issue a full refund within 7 days, no questions asked.
Privacy
See our privacy policy for what we collect, how long we keep it, and which third parties process your data.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Free audits depend on the Anthropic API and other third parties. For paid orders, if generation fails, we either re-run manually or refund — your call.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landing Doctor's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this URL with no version history; substantive changes are announced by email to anyone with an active paid order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland, except where mandatory consumer-law rules give EU consumers the right to sue in their home jurisdiction.
