44/100
Score

A wholesale dropshipping platform targeting international resellers with warehouse-fulfilled shipping. The model has merit — centralized fulfillment solving the multi-supplier logistics problem — but the site buries it under cluttered discount pages and provides insufficient trust signals for a platform asking buyers to prepay for inventory.

Highest-impact issue

Chinabrands operates its own warehouses and consolidates orders from multiple suppliers into single shipments — solving the fragmented-logistics nightmare that makes multi-supplier sourcing from China expensive and unreliable. That "one warehouse, one shipment, tracked to your door" model is the value proposition, but the site leads with product discounts and dropshipping buzzwords instead of the fulfillment advantage.

Too soon at this writing to know the impact on sales but all the recommendations made sense and the follow up feedback recommended was prompt, careful and very helpful. Would recommend highly.

What this page does well

3 strengths
Centralized warehouse fulfillment consolidates multi-supplier orders into single shipments.
Dropshipping integration with Shopify, eBay, and WooCommerce is functional and documented.
Global warehouse network (US, UK, AU) enables faster regional fulfillment than direct-from-China alternatives.

Findings (3)

Was → problem → fix → why

Each finding cites the live copy at audit time, names the conversion problem, proposes a specific rewrite, and explains why the rewrite works against the 12-dimension framework.

Finding #01trustCritical
Was
(wholesale pricing claims with no visible business registration, warehouse verification, or review-platform presence)
Problem

A platform asking international buyers to prepay for wholesale inventory provides no verifiable trust signals — no Trustpilot presence, no BBB listing, no warehouse-tour content, no business-registration display. For a buyer evaluating whether to send money to a Chinese wholesale site, the absence of third-party verification is a deal-breaker.

Fix
Build a trust foundation: display business registration, link to Trustpilot reviews, publish warehouse-tour videos, and show real-time order-fulfillment metrics. "Registered in Shenzhen since 2014. Rated on Trustpilot. 5 warehouses, 3 continents. Track our fulfillment speed live."
Why this works

Prepayment platforms carry inherently higher trust burden than marketplaces with buyer protection. Every missing trust signal is a reason to close the tab. Third-party verification is not optional — it is the minimum viable credibility for the business model.

Finding #02clarityHigh-impact
Was
(homepage mixing B2B wholesale, dropshipping, and retail shopping with no audience segmentation)
Problem

The homepage tries to serve wholesale buyers, dropshippers, and retail bargain-hunters simultaneously. Product grids mix MOQ-based wholesale listings with single-unit retail items, and the navigation does not clearly separate the use cases. A dropshipper looking for integration setup lands in the same experience as a bargain shopper looking for a single phone case.

Fix
Segment on entry: "I'm a dropshipper" (→ integration setup, no-inventory model) | "I'm a wholesale buyer" (→ MOQ pricing, bulk orders) | "I'm shopping for myself" (→ retail experience). Each path tailored to the audience's decision framework.
Why this works

Audience segmentation prevents the highest-value users (dropshippers with recurring orders) from being lost in a retail shopping experience. Different buyer types need different trust signals, different pricing displays, and different CTAs.

Finding #03offer specificityHigh-impact
Was
(percentage discounts and "wholesale price" labels without comparison anchors or margin calculators)
Problem

Claiming "wholesale prices" and showing percentage discounts without revealing the reference price, the competitor comparison, or the resale margin potential gives the buyer no framework for evaluating the deal. "70% off" means nothing without knowing 70% off what.

Fix
Show the resale math: "Your cost: $4.20 | Amazon selling price: $14.99 | Your margin: $10.79 (72%). Ships from US warehouse in 3-5 days."
Why this works

Resellers buy on margin, not on discount percentages. Showing the complete resale equation — cost, market price, margin, and delivery speed — is the decision framework the target buyer actually uses.
