IndependentNot affiliated·Public methodology
80/100
Score

A helpdesk built specifically for ecommerce, with a sharp "support as a profit center" angle. Strong, differentiated positioning; the small gap is that the time-saved and revenue proof could be more concrete in the hero.

Highest-impact issue

The "turn support into a profit center" angle is excellent but the proof — how much revenue or time it actually generates — sits below the fold. The bold reframe needs an immediate number to feel credible rather than aspirational.

Real founders, real fixes
The messaging advice was useful. We still need more testing, but first results look better — clearer hero copy bumped our trial signups by a noticeable margin.

We followed the Landing Doctors recommendations before relaunching ads and the difference was obvious. Better messaging, stronger CTA placement, and less visual clutter made the page convert much more effectively.

What this page does well

4 strengths
Niche-specific positioning ("the helpdesk for ecommerce") beats generic support tools for this audience.
Reframes support from cost center to profit center — a compelling, ownable angle.
Deep Shopify integration (order data in the ticket) is the practical differentiator and it's clear.
AI-automation messaging matches the current buyer's efficiency priority.

Findings (2)

Was → problem → fix → why

Each finding cites the live copy at audit time, names the conversion problem, proposes a specific rewrite, and explains why the rewrite works against the 12-dimension framework.

Finding #01proofMedium
Was
The #1 helpdesk for ecommerce. Turn support into a profit center.
Problem

The profit-center claim is bold and differentiated, but with no number in the hero a skeptical buyer reads it as a slogan rather than a measurable outcome.

Fix
Add a hero proof: "Brands generate $X in support-driven sales and cut response time by 30%+ — trusted by 15,000+ ecommerce stores."
Why this works

Backs the profit-center reframe with a revenue figure and an efficiency stat, making the bold claim concrete at first glance.

Finding #02CTAMedium
Was
(demo and free-trial paths can compete for the primary action)
Problem

SMB Shopify owners often prefer self-serve trial over booking a demo; if the demo CTA dominates, low-touch buyers hesitate.

Fix
Offer a clear self-serve primary ("Start free") alongside a secondary "Book a demo" for larger stores.
Why this works

Matches the two buyer types (self-serve SMB vs. higher-touch brands) so neither path is forced down the wrong funnel.
